What we collect

LibroAI is designed to work with the minimum data needed to run the product. We collect:

  • Account identifier. Your Apple ID or Google account ID when you subscribe, used only to verify and restore your subscription.
  • App usage data. Stories you generate, words you tap, vocabulary you save, your difficulty level and chosen languages. This is what powers the product.
  • Aggregate analytics. Anonymous usage events via Google Analytics on this website (e.g. which pages you visit). No personally identifiable information is shared with analytics providers.
  • Support correspondence. If you email [email protected], we keep that thread to respond and improve the product.

What we do not collect

  • We do not collect contacts, location, microphone, camera, or photo library access from the app.
  • We do not sell personal data.
  • We do not share your reading history with third parties for advertising.

How we use it

App usage data is used to personalize stories to your level, surface vocabulary you have seen before, and track your streak. Aggregate analytics help us understand which features are useful so we can improve the product.

Children

LibroAI is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account and associated data, by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
