These terms apply to the LibroAI website and mobile app. The platform-specific subscription terms (Apple App Store EULA, Google Play Terms) also apply to in-app purchases on those platforms and take precedence on subscription, refund, and billing matters.

The service

LibroAI provides a mobile app that teaches languages through AI-generated stories and tap-to-translate reading. We offer a free tier with daily translation limits, and a paid Premium tier with unlimited use. The features available on each tier are listed at libroai.app/#pricing.

Subscriptions

  • Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID or Google account at the price shown at purchase.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID or Google account settings; the change takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple and Google, per their respective policies, not by LibroAI directly.
  • Prices and plan structures may change. We give at least 30 days notice for material changes affecting active subscribers.

Acceptable use

You agree to use LibroAI for personal language-learning purposes. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or scrape the app or its content.
  • Use the app to generate content that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to disrupt the service or gain unauthorised access to other accounts.
  • Share, sell, or republish AI-generated stories or vocabulary lists at scale.

AI-generated content

Stories presented in LibroAI are generated by AI based on your inputs (language, topic, level). The content is intended for educational use. Like any AI output, it may occasionally include factual errors. Do not rely on LibroAI stories as a source for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical information.

Intellectual property

The LibroAI name, logo, and software are owned by LibroAI. You retain ownership of any vocabulary lists and personal notes you create within the app.

Disclaimers

LibroAI is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that translations or generated stories will be perfectly accurate for every use case.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date at the top of the page. Continued use after the change indicates acceptance.
